Côtes du Rhône Red

Grape varieties : Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre, Carignan

Average age of vines : 40 years

Average yield : 45 hl/ha

Harvest : Manual harvesting, with sorting the grapes

Vinification : In stainless steel vats, 80% de-stemmed, and 20% whole bunches. Temperature control at 25°C, with pumping over during 12- 18 days.
Tasting :
Brilliant ruby color with cherry-red glints.
Open nose with stewed fruit, liquorice and garrigue.
Very elegant mouth, balanced and supple. Perfectly rounded final taste with ample spicy flavors. A good assembly of grenach, syrah, mouvedre and carignan.
To taste from 6 months onwards, with maturity at 2 years.

 

Côtes du Rhône Village Rochegude

Grape varieties : Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre

Average age of vines : 30 years

Average yield : 40 hl/ha

Harvest : Manual harvesting, with sorting of the grapes

Vinification : In stainless steel vats, 80% de-stemmed, and 20% whole bunches. Temperature control at 25°C. Vatting during 15-20 days, with pumping
Tasting :  
Tasting Nice, intense ruby color with brilliant aspect.
Spicy and liquorice nose with some pepper.
Round mouth, small black fruit, powerful but subtle, elegant, on a palette of spices with floral notes, and good tannins.
To taste after 10 months, with maturity at 2-3 years.

 

Côtes du Rhône White (Vintage Vio Nez)

Grape varieties : Viognier

Average age of vines : 10 years

Average yield : 25 hl/ha

Harvest : Manual harvesting during a cool period of the day

Vinification : Direct pressing, cooling of juice, and slow fermentation at a low temperature.
Tasting :  
Golden yellow color, with a full, rich mouth.
Nose with perfumes of acacia and violet.
A finishing taste of apricot, peach and musk.
To be enjoyed from now onwards.

 

Côtes du Rhône White

Grape varieties : Roussanne, Marsanne

Average age of vines : 10 years

Average yield : 40 hl/ha

Harvest : Manual harvesting during a cool period of the day, with sorting of the grapes

Vinification : Direct pressing, with slow fermentation at low temperature to preserve the aromas
Tasting :  
Yellow brilliant color with green glints.
Fresh nose with exotic fruits and white flowers.
Lively mouth with notes of lemon.
To be enjoyed from now onwards.

 

Côtes du Rhône Rose

Grape varieties : Cinsault, Grenache

Average age of vines : 40 years

Average yield : 45 hl/ha

Harvest : Manual harvesting.

Vinification : By bleeding method. Fermentation at low temperature.
Tasting :  
Rose petal color.
Discreet nose, with roasted aromas, and a full mouth.
With berry scents.
To be enjoyed from now onwards.

 

Côtes du Rhône Village Massif d'Uchaux
GEODAISIA Aging in oak-barrels

Grape Varièties : 80% Syrah, 20% Grenache

Averge age of the vines : 18 years

Averge Yield : 25 hl/ha

Terroir: Massif d'Uchaux, vine yard situated at 250-280m altitude, on the left side of the Rhône river. Soil composed by calcerous clay and siliceous sandstone spangles by red flint, dating from, Upper creaceous.

Harvet: Manual harvest with .sorting of the grapes.

Vinification : In Stainless steel vats, de-stemmed

Maturation : 75% in oak-barrels over a perriod of 9 months et 25% in vats.
Température control at +22°c with pumping over for 20 days

Tasting:  Dark purple red color; brillant. The nose unveil small red and black wild fruits. A hint of mineral flowers and spices ; valilla,(sweet pepper) Fullbodied with fine tannins: fine oak intégration
